Mr Liam Barbary BA(hons) FIMMM- Over 18 years in the flexible packaging industry. Having worked for Amcor Flexibles managing the UK dairy and meat market and subsequently Südpack as their Global Key Account Director, Liam has a vast experience in packaging sales to key accounts. In 2011 Liam, along with two business partners, setup Benchmark Consulting and developed the worlds first web based estimating and Should-Cost-Modelling tool.

Paul has a degree in Mathematics. His final year project was a mathematical model of a surface to air missile. He has over 30 years experience in the IT industry as a mathematical modeller at British Aerospace and Northumbrian Water, later becoming a Technical Architect at British Airways. For the past few years he has mathematically modelled the productions processes required for packaging as well as designing database storage and functionality allowing remote data to be utilized on the website.

Graduate from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Jerry’s career has spanned throughout the automobile industry:

• General Motors Inland Division, branching into Delco Products Division of General Motors as a Suspension Design Engineer, helping specify and design assembly equipment, design and install assembly lines; learning a great deal about lean.
• International Operations as a Program Manager for Delphi, responsible for maintaining the business case.
• Cost Management Department to help start the group, creating numerous cost category models and negotiating various deals.

Having worked as a Data Analyst in manufacturing & debt services for over 6 years, Thomas has experience with a wide range of data challenges and has a passion for solving them.
